During the field season at Pech IV, we normally work 6 days and then have a day off. The day off is generally midweek, like a Wednesday or Thursday, because all the stores and attractions are open. At midseason, we have an extended 3 day break. The Pech crew does a variety of things, sometimes traveling to other spots in France, or even farther afield, such as Spain or Portugal. Occasionally we relax around the dig house during a day off.
