Profile: Paul's worked in France, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, Gibraltar, England, the United States, and China. He got into geoarchaeology totally " by accident" through taking an archaeology class while majoring in geology and then combining the two in graduate school. Paul likes a good cigar, as well as traveling and seeing other people's sites, especially ones he doesn't have to work on. Moons ago, while hitchhiking in England, he was picked up by John Mayall, who introduced him to Eric Clapton.
