Publications

Many of my publications are on-line in PDF form.  They can be downloaded and printed.

Textbooks

McGraw-Hill's site
Virtual Dig is a textbook and interactive program on CD designed to teach planning and conducting a field project, excavation and analysis.  It uses actual data from the site of Combe-Capelle Bas.

Using Computers in Archaeology: A Pratical Guide.  This textbook covers such topics as database design, mapping, data collection in the field/lab, imaging, and GIS.

Software

Over the years, I have worked with others to write several programs to help with archaeological data collection and analysis.  The programs that are bug-free enough to distribute are here to download.
